The structure includes a hot-dip galvanized pedestal below which supports the central rotation pin. The rotating platform consists of a circular frame with hot galvanized steel spokes. The central bush houses two ball bearings of which the one underneath is load bearing.
The frame is surmounted by a 15 mm thick marine plywood top with exotic wood layers and high resistance phenolic gluing. A smooth film is glued to the underlying side, while a double, non-slip, highly waterproof film is applied to the side subject to foot traffic.
Two semicircular sofas in hot galvanized steel are fixed to the platform with bolts, painted with superimposed 8 mm thick melamine laminate seats and fixed by rivets.
The handrail also in hot-dip galvanized and painted steel continues from the central pivot, closed by a circular cover in 8 mm thick melamine laminate. The carousel can be placed in public and private playgrounds and nursery schools.
